MATCP 26th Annual Conference
Know Before You Go!

Vendor and Annual Sponsor Load-In is available 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the Lansing Center. There are reserved parking spots in the front of the main doors available for vendors to temporarily park and unload.

Join us for the Welcome Reception, with appetizers and beverages, and featuring the distict court judges band, Off the Record, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing, on the 2nd floor, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Early Conference Registration will also run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree, so save time in the morning and check-in the night before!

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN
MATCP uses an electronic check-in and name badge printing system.
You will walk up to a registration IPad and enter your last name, select check in, and your name badge will print on a sticky name badge.
Please pick up a badge holder from the nearby table and attach your printed name tag. Then clip a lanyard to your badge holder:

Yellow lanyards for vendors

Blue lanyards for speakers
Once your badge is assembled, you’re all set for the conference!
If your badge prints incorrectly for any reason, you can step over to the Registration Help table where we can fix any issues and re-print.
CONFERENCE LOCATION
The Lansing Center is located at 333 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48933. Link to Google Map
PARKING
Lansing Center parking lots are located under and north of the Lansing Center. Visit here for additional parking information.

Credit cards accepted at parking entrances, exits, and pay-on-foot machines.

Cash payments must be made at a pay-on-foot machine located in the Lansing Center lobby or on the parking level (serving lots north of and under the Lansing Center).

Pay-on-foot machines accept cash, coupons, and credit cards.

Cash receipt needed? Press the receipt button on the machine (receipts are not available at exits).
ATTIRE
Business casual is appropriate for this event. Attendees should expect to do a fair amount of walking and be prepared for temperature fluctuations in the conference spaces that may be beyond MATCP's control.
WEATHER FORECAST
Lansing will likely see mild temperatures with a mix of sun and rain showers between May 5–7. Expect highs in the upper 50s to low 60s°F and lows in the 40s°F.

Wednesday, May 6: High 57°F / Low 40°F. Light rain and cloudier conditions, with a high chance of showers (65%).

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Breakfast is on your own both days
Lunch on Wednesday, May 5 is an Italian buffet with salad, pasta, chicken, lasagna, vegetables, breadsticks, and assorted desserts.
Lunch on Thursday, May 6 is a South of the Border buffet with taco shells and tortillas, chicken, beef, vegetables, rice, beans, and other toppings.
Food will be labeled as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan to assist those with dietary restrictions.
Coffee and water will be available throughout the conference.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
MATCP uses the MATCP Events App for tracking attendance for Social Work, MCBAP, MCOLES, MIDC, and MCJE CEs. In the event app, you will need to enter an in and out code and complete the evaluation for each workshop and plenary you attend to receive credit.

MATCP EVENTS APP
The MATCP App contains the agenda, networking options, venue map, and vendor map. It is highly recommended that you download the MATCP App. There will be no printed agenda for the conference.
As a reminder, you must use the email address that was used during your registration to login. This is the most common reason for login issues.

WI-FI AVAILABILITY
Please note that Wi‑Fi will not be available throughout the entire venue. Complimentary Wi‑Fi will be offered only in our designated hotspot zone within the Vendor Exhibit Hall A and the Plenary Session location in Exhibit Hall B/C.
