Complimentary Breakfast in Exhibit Hall A/B from 7:30 to 8:30 am.

Thursday, May 9th

Plenary III begins promptly at 8:00 am.
REGISTRATION CHECK-IN
MATCP will be utilizing a new electronic check-in and name badge printing system this year.
You will walk up to a registration kiosk and enter your last name, select check in, and your name badge will print. You will grab a lanyard, and a staff member will hand you your attendee bag and gift.
If your badge prints incorrectly for any reason, you can step over to the registration desk where we can fix any issues and re-print.

CONFERENCE LOCATION
PARKING
The Lansing Center is located at 333 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48933.
The Lansing Center offers multiple parking options. Please visit here for more information. Parking fees are not included with your conference registration.
ATTIRE
Business casual is appropriate for this event. Attendees should expect to do a fair amount of walking and be prepared for temperature fluctuations in the conference spaces that may be beyond MATCP's control.
WEATHER FORECAST
Wednesday’s forecast is a high of 75 degrees - a stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. Thursday’s forecast is a high of 63 degrees with a 60% chance of showers. Bring an umbrella for lunch on Thursday!
LANSING AREA ROAD CONSTRUCTION
The Lansing area is experiencing significant city and highway road construction on US-127 between I-96 and I-496. This will add up to 30 minutes to your travel. Please plan accordingly! Click underlined text for more information and to plan your route.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
A complimentary breakfast will be served each day of the conference.
Lunch on Day 1 will be the Hills of Tuscany buffet with salad, pasta, chicken, lasagna, breadsticks. Food will be labeled to assist those with dietary restrictions.
Lunch on Day 2 will be on your own. There are many great restaurants within walking distance of the conference venue. A walkable restaurant map will be in your attendee bag. Bring an umbrella in case of rain!
Coffee and water will be available throughout the conference in Exhibit Hall C.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
MATCP uses the MATCP Events App for tracking attendance for social work, MCBAP, MIDC, and MCJE CEs. You will need to enter an in and out code and complete the evaluation for each workshop and plenary you attend to receive credit.

MATCP EVENTS APP
The MATCP App contains the agenda, venue map, and vendor map. It is highly recommended that all download the MATCP App. There will be no printed agenda for the conference.
As a reminder, you must use the email address that was used during your registration to login. This is the most common reason for login issues.
