I am registering multiple attendees and I want to be sure I get the confirmation email. Can I use my email address for all attendee registrations?
No. The system will not allow an email address to be entered more than once.
For registration purposes as well as for our MATCP app, which is used at the conference by attendees, especially those that need CEUs, you need to enter each individual's own email address when registering. You can add your email at the end once you get to "view cart" so that you will receive all the confirmation information as well. I've circled this area in red in the photo below.
I have already signed up for a MATCP Membership, how do I receive my member pricing?
Your member pricing will populate by entering your last name and the email address you used for your MATCP Membership. The fields will turn green as seen in the photo below.
How do I become a MATCP Member and receive the MATCP Member special conference rate?
You can purchase your MATCP Membership when registering for the conference. Select "MATCP Individual Membership" under Add-On Items and membership pricing will be unlocked.
I forgot to select that I need CEUs or that I have a food allergy when I registered. Can I make a correction?

I did not register for the pre-conference special session, but I now wish to attend. What should I do?

I want to register my entire team. Will the registration system allow me to do that?
Yes! Our registration system will allow you to register more than one team member. To do so, please complete all the required information and add each individual to your cart. Once you've added one person to your cart, you will go back up and click the yellow "Attendee Registration" button to add the next person on your team. After you've added each team member to your cart, you just checkout.
